Smart Grid 2025 Game

According to a new Harris Poll, more than half of the people in the U.S. (56%) have not heard of the "smart grid." (66% of women, 46% of men). Only 38% are aware it will make more New Energy possible. 60% think it might increase the cost of electricity and 24% are sure it will. As long as it is mired in fiction, how about a little informative science fiction? It’s a vision of a New Energy and smart grid future that could come true because of this country’s wilfull ignorance – but take heart, it ends well. From Institute for the Future via Vimeo
