    Local Food Truck Runs Entirely On Solar and Wind Energy

    “They're authentic Italian, wood-fired oven pizzas [that customers say are ‘fantastic’] and all of their ingredients come from local gardens…[But The Pi Truck is making an impression because it] is run entirely by solar and wind energy…[Owner Sam Maggio’s] hope is that this action will inspire other businesses in the community to [do their part for the planet and save themselves money.
