MIT Solar Storage Breakthrough Explained

This MIT technical breakthrough was overhyped. A Cal Tech expert on the subject recently confided the most important things about the work to NewEnergyNews: It was done (1) using an "earth-abundant" (affordable, plentiful) material as a catalyst, (2) at room temperature and (3) in neutral (non-acidic) water.

It is far from ready for the marketplace. But bigger, cheaper New Energy storage is a step closer. From drivecom via YouTube.
