It is almost intolerable to listen to the mistruths propagated by oil industry advocates. At a public hearing yesterday, an Ohio Senator said 2 utterly untrue things in less than 2 minutes, that Russia went after Georgia for its oil (Georgia has little oil, it is a transit region) and that the U.S. has the most oil reserves in the world (!?!).
