Desertec – A Real Vision For Solar Energy
With the announcement of the cancellation of a major solar power plant in the California desert due to the Not-In-My-BackYard (NIMBY) objections of local environmentalists, perhaps it is time to take a look at a real vision of what is possible for New Energy. NewEnergyNews has written about this admirably ambitious project many times. (See DESERT SUN TURNS EUROPE ON) From EUROSUN1 via YouTube
