It’s been a long time since anybody accused a U.S. political leader of being TOO AMBITIOUS about New Energy but that’s what Al is being in this speech. It’s called leadership and it’s not surprising so few people recognize it. Political leaders with it are an endangered species these days.

Can we do it? Probably not in 10 years. But we'll never know 'til we try and what's the worst thing that could come of setting our sites high? Our economy booms, we take over world leadership in New Energy and 10 years out we're producing "only" half of our electricity from wind and sun and waves. That's the kind of failure that succeeds.
