Wind farms and solar energy would cost billions less than Hinkley nuclear plant

“…[The UK’s proposed £24 billion extension of its Hinkley nuclear power station] would pass burdens onto future generations…[but investing in] renewable energy would provide the same amount of energy, and save nearly £40 billion, according to [the Toxic-time capsule report from the Intergeneration Foundation.
